You may return authorized items only no later than 10 days after receiving the product. Securely repack the item and return via UPS. On damaged items, we will notify you if it is necessary to return the item. We're sorry, but due to health and sanitation concerns, we cannot accept returns on personal care items such as soaps and toothbrushes, or on any food item with a broken seal.
