When you submit an order
online, you will receive an immediate order confirmation by email. Orders are
processed within 24 hours. Stock items,
when ordered by 1 pm EST, will most likely be shipped the same business day. We
strive to keep all items offered on our website in stock. However, if an item
is temporarily out of stock, we will ship the backordered item to you within a reasonable
amount of time, and contact you by email.

Our credit card processing system employs security standard secure data encryption technology. Rest assured, we do not share your information with any other sources. It is required by law that orders shipped to New York residents incur sales tax.
AlmandersAlley.com uses UPS (United Parcel Service) and USPS (United States Postal Service) as our shipping partners. Shipping and minimal handling charges are automatically configured through a direct link to UPS or USPS at the time of checkout and are based upon the shipping options you select. Ground shipping normally takes between 2 to 7 days, depending upon your location. If you need to receive your item sooner, please select one of our express shipping options.
Should you desire to return an item or need to report damaged or missing items, you must contact us for authorization within 5 days of UPS stated delivery time by calling 631.786.1700 or email us at email@example.com. You may return authorized items only no later than 10 days after receiving the product. Securely repack the item and return via UPS. On damaged items, we will notify you if it is necessary to return the item. We're sorry, but due to health and sanitation concerns, we cannot accept returns on personal care items such as soaps and toothbrushes, or on any food item with a broken seal.
